Hope For The Warriors presents 30-day virtual challenges that focus on physical and emotional wellness while honoring the commitment of service of our military community.
Challenges are led by HOPE’s wellness professionals to motivate, encourage and enable participants to commit to 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days. The goal is to build healthy and resilient habits that achieve improved physical and emotional wellness and build a more productive and engaged individual.
Throughout the challenge HOPE brings you a library of fitness and mindfulness activities that you can choose from or do another activity you love to accomplish your daily 30 minutes. For the 30 days, participants receive motivational e-mails on Mission Mondays, along with self-care and wellness tips on Focus on You Fridays.
This year, HOPE will be hosting two challenges for anyone to complete.
