That’s why Hope For The Warriors means so much to me and my husband. It not only made it possible for me to study art, it gave me a safe place to share my experience with others going through something similar. For the 13th year in a row, George MacClary is planning a charity golf tournament with Chris Hull, the GM at Bear Lakes Country Club.
The Kayak For The Warriors Reception (formerly Gala) is one of a three part event. The Town of Pine Knoll Shores organizes this reception and is expecting 250 people to attend. Each guest will pay to attend, covering the cost of their meal, and will be provided with 1 drink ticket.
Riding For Warriors event host, Michael Nehlsen, will be riding from Paris to Normandy for 2024 in honor of the 80th anniversary of D-Day. The ride will continue to honor fallen service members and highlight the No Man Left Behind monuments. All proceeds will go toward HOPE’s scholarship program.
The Kayak For The Warriors Race is one of a three part event. The kayak and paddle-board race is their main event, but for 2024 it falls in the middle of the three. This is a true community event where the entire town of Pine Knoll Shores pulls together to plan and execute.
HOPE supports by recruiting 10 service-members to participate, hosting a HOPE tent and speaking at the end of the day.

HOPE supports via recruitment of 1 team of 4 service members, (2) staff to host the AR hole on course, supplying a giveaway for the player bag, and attending to mingle with guests during the post-golf meal.
The 15th Annual Hope For The Warriors Celebrity Invitational is an annual fundraising event, in partnership with River Landing and Murphy Family Ventures. The 3-day event brings together HOPE’s Board of Directors, Sponsors, Flag Officers, Celebrities, and Service Members.

Paine Schwartz Partners will team up with Spartan for their third annual race on Governors Island benefitting HOPE. Spartan will set up and host a mini-course of obstacles in conjunction with both a 5 and 10K.
