Jenna DeDominici is an active-duty Army spouse who currently resides in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. For the past 12 years, she has been actively involved in supporting employment initiatives for military spouses and veterans. Jenna connected with VirtForce in 2020 while stationed with her family in Japan for their fourth overseas assignment. She now works as a Partnership Expert and Community Manager for VirtForce, where she prioritizes a remote-first culture for a talent community of 150,000.
Phylicia Vallier – Talent Management, VirtForce

Phylicia Vallier is an Active-duty Army spouse, currently stationed in Virginia. She has 10+ years of progressive HR, Recruitment, and Training & Development experience. Phylicia holds a master’s degree in administration, with certificates in HR Management, Leadership and Development, and is a Certified Project Officer.
She has spent the past 7+ years of her career working directly with the military community previously in transition services creating employment and transition training programs and now in talent services helping connect companies of all sizes with their right fit talent.
When asked why the military community she says: My goal is to make things as smooth and painless as possible – through assistance, support, and even employment options and guidance.
I find joy in guiding and helping my team build relationships with our candidates and community. There is no greater feeling than the success we see unfold daily as Military Veterans and Spouses say yes to offers of employment that impact their lives and futures. Being able to collaborate with such an impactful team allows the goals and work to shine through.
